Statement

This theatre play was presented in the abandoned veterinary school of Brussels. Since the venue was unknown to the audience, it was possible to mix scenic elements with real ones. Hence the audience was placed inside fake cages around the performance space. Between each act the actors would change character attributes in full sight of the audience, enhancing the concept that anyone can become Ivona, the victim of the others’ cruelty. Awarded with the First Price of the Belgian Young theatre in 1994.
